I hope that you are talking about Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.

Admission to the MBA program at IPU is through Common Admission Test (CAT) which is conducted by IIMs in Nov. and also through CMAT (conducted by NTA). If you have appeared for CAT then you can apply for admission and after 31st July, you can also apply through CMAT. But the first merit list is declared on the basis of CAT score. If the seats remain vacant after that then those are filled through CMAT.
