Yes, IPU will conduct IPU CET 2020 and the Application Form will be released for various courses in the month of February 2020.
You can apply for various courses in their specified dates.

The Indraprastha University Common Entrance Test dates have not yet been announced. It is expected to be conducted in the month of May 2020. The registration is expected to start in the month of March 2020. There is no such notice announced regarding cancellation of this examination. Therefore, there will be an exam conducted this year as well.

It's a good news, yes this year Ipu conduct Ipu CET for admission in b.tech and b.arch. Registration are likely to be open in March and admit card are available in April. And exam is conducted in May 2020,from July onwards counselling will be held according to the merit list.
