NEET is an entrance exam conducted by NTA to get admission in courses like MBBS BDS BAMS etc
Getting a college like AIIMS Delhi or any top medical college is totally depend on yourself.its all your dedication and hard work which will lead you to a top medical college.
Ofcourse 1 year is sufficient for getting a good govt medical college,but you have to be passionate and determined for your career. Stay away from any distractions,do hard work and you can achieve anything.
Work on your weak portions,read all the topics thoroughly and attempt more and more questions to get good marks in the NEET examination.
The competition is quite tough in country like India for a MBBS seat,as 16+ lakh students have applied for it,but your hardwork and determination will lead you to success.

- Give mock tests so that you can learn how to manage your time in the exam.
