is 10_ general quota is eligible in bhu exam.. Becauese Bhu is up state university .and up govt had approved 10% quota !

Yes 10 % quota for economically week section from general category will be implemented from 1 Feb 2019 all over India.
The reservation is for both education as well as government jobs.
However MHRD will be adding 25 % more seats to accommodate this 10 %
