With this Mark you have very lower chances and Almost no to get any NLU,even if you are OBC category because Cuttoff will be gonna be high this year and your Score is not so good.There are lot of candidate whose Score is More than you and also Appear in Counselling.This year Paper was easier so chances for you are no,to convert any NLU so dont loose hope try Next year.This year cutoff will be 150 -160 for higher NLU and 115-120 For Lower NLU for General and OBC category Students.
