Your 10th marks is not taken into account for considering your eligibility for neet examination, it is your marks in class 12th which is taken into account for considering your eligibility for neet examination. For exams like neet and clat only your 12th marks matters a lot . Further your 10th marks only required to get your favourite Stream and for competitive exam it is required only to confirm your dob and address and all .

The eligibility criteria differs depending upon the exam. But generally the marks of 10th do not matter for these exams. What is more important is the marks for 12th.
For example, NEET eligibility marks in class 12 to be considered are aggregate marks only for PCB subjects. It marks required are:
UR - 50%,
OBC/SC/ST - 40%,
PWD - 45%
