Is 10th or 12th board marks performance required in any NLU? Or only clat exam marks? As my 10th result was not good.

Admissions in NLUs based on your 12th and CLAT score, By using CLAT score you can apply in the Private universities like Amity University, Lovely Professional University, and Presidency University.

· Qualifying Exam: Candidates must have qualified Higher Secondary School/ Intermediate or equivalent examination from 10+2 education system from a recognized board.
· Minimum Marks: Candidates must have secured at least 45% marks in aggregate of the total marks and if belonging to SC/ST category, they should have a minimum of 40% marks.
· Appearing Candidates: Students appearing in the qualifying exam in March/April 2019 can also apply. Such candidates have to produce evidence of their passing the qualifying examination at the time of admission.

To apply for CLAT Entrance Exam you should have 45% in class 12th as a General Category. The admission in NLUs is purely based on CLAT Entrance Exam.
