Yes, your 12th admit card is a valid Id proof which can be taken for NEET exam, along with this you need to carry NEET admit card along with self declaration(undertaking) duly filled in A4 size paper, mask, gloves, sanitizer, additional photograph same as on your application form. i would like to inform you that according to the guidelines laid by NTA, while entering the centre, you must carry any of your government id which can be your Adhar Card, PAN Card etc, 12th class mark sheet, passport, ration card. All you need to know that the id which you are carrying must be issued by goverment and should not be a duplicate one. So your class 12 marksheet is fairly valid.
