This year the NTSE cut off is expected to show much change due to change in exam pattern thus it'll be difficult to guess if 140 marks will make you eligible for the second stage of NTSE 2019.

Please share your details of state from which you appeared and your respective category because cutoff trends are solely dependent on that.

If cutoff has been near 127, then good chances expected for 140+ However do wait for final official cutoff.

Cutoff generally is plus or minus 15 as rnage from previous year cutoff so its good to predict that 140+ is good enough for conversion.
