Hey, there you will be scoring 149 marks in JEE ADVANCED. 149 marks are on an average mark and you will get good rank but it will be more than 10000 and moreover, with these marks, you will not be able to get admission in any IITs. If you are looking for any other branch then you can take there but you will not be able to get a seat in Computer Science Branch in any IIT. If your JEE MAINS marks are good means if you have scored a minimum of 98 percentile in JEE MAINS 2019 then you can even go for NITs and even if your score is above 99 then you can go for NSIT, DTu and even for IIIT.

Congratulations for your marks. JEE advanced 2019 and JEE advanced 2018 have the same toughness so there will not be large deviations in the cutoff so as per previous year cutoff your rank will be around 6000. For this rank you will get good iits like IIT Dhanbad, IIT Kharagpur lower branches etc. Check JEE advanced cutoff
