According to the guidelines of NTA, candidates who wish to study abroad must be eligible for NEET. This year's cut off marks hasn't been declared yet, hence it would be hard to predict. However according to the previous year data, candidates belonging to the OBC category must score 40th percentile of marks. In 2019, it was 133 marks. This may vary every year.
