Is 190 score in obc category a good score in jee mains while friends in general category have scored 240 i am really depressed

Hey prabha,
First of all you have a very good score in your jee mains exam so there is no point to get depressed. At score of 190 and being in obc category you will definitely get a very good college. At your score you can get very good nit colleges also. There are some good private colleges also in which you can apply like LM Thappar, nirma university,dtu etc. You have good chances to get admission in these colleges. You are eligible to get admission in most of the good nits.
So you don't need to worry about your score you have done quite good in your paper and you definitely get a good college. Don't bother about your friends score as it may happen in future you get a better college than your friends who have score more then you. Stay confident and hope for the best
