Is 2 round counsling is all india or state counsling?

Hi Shubham,

It depends on what counseling you applied for. If you have applied for state counselling so no Matter what round it is, it will always be state counselling even for the last round i.e. college held round. If you apply for national counseling or all India counseling like JOSSA, you will be having students around you from all over the country appling for the same. No state counselling is ever a national counseling, not in any of its rounds. The only difference is that in state counselling their is a minimum percentile outer state student allowed, and fees for this is not very high.
