Is 2 years are more than enough after age 20 to change life ? And crack from scratch any exam?

hi,
see if you are really devoted in your work, then it may not take two years you may crack the exam just 6 month to 1 year preparation, however if you are eligible for any exam you should attempt this, by attempting the exam you can gain the time management skills, and daily practice mock test and follow rs agarwal quantitative aptitudes .
