Once the physical reporting has been completed, no refund will be intitiated because the rules are clear about it. You might get the caution deposit but not the tution fees.
There are 5 rules that apply for Refund.
Rule no: 1: If you choose to withdraw the allotted seat in the Counselling and do not want to participate in further rounds are allowed for a refund of seat alotment fee with only a deduction of Rs. 1200
Rule no: 2: If you are not allotted a seat, you will be refunded a participation fee with a deduction of Rs. 2000. But this doesnt apply to you
Rule no: 3: Allotted a seat but want to withdraw from Round 2. Such candidates are allowed a refund of participation fee with a deduction of Rs. 2000
Rule no: 4: Allotted a seat but failed to report to the college within the deadline. Those candidates will be entitled for a reefund after a deduction of Rs. 6000
Rule no: 5: Candidates who opted for surrendering of seat and participated in Round 2 but didnt get a seat in Round 2 will get a refund after a deduction of Rs. 6000
Rule no. 6: If the student is allotted a seat but the seat gets cancelled due to ineligibility during document verification, then the student is allowed a refund after deduction of Rs. 6000
