First of all amount of Rs. 2000 will be substracted after every subsequent round. And after that your money will be refunded  back to the account through which you made your payment.

And if you want to get admission in that college then your all counselling fees will be adjusted in your allotted college fees.

Dear Student,

the amount that you pay of Rs.20000 for UPSEE counselling is party refundable. As in if you decide not to participate further in the counselling process and you do not wish to take admission in any of the colleges you money will be refunded to you after deduction of a particular value of Rs. 5000.
