BIT MESRA is a top college in Jharkhand and also in India.Campus infrastructure is really nice with area of over 2km.Average placement in Btech is 6.5-7 lakhs per annum.

So i will say it worth a lot if you are planning to get admission in BIT.You can gain knowledge here and BIT is known for it's excellence.
