Hi Dear,
The character certificate may be valid for admission in Delhi University. If you are 2017 High school pass out then 2017 character certificate will be fine but if you have passed your high school this year only, you require current character certificate.

The Character Certificate is valid for 6 months only. You need to get a new character certificate from your school or university for admission in DU
