To get MBBS or BDS course with this marks is difficult even if you belong to sc category with this marks you can only get the BDS college .

You have to score as much as you can and don't think about the result just do your best and in y opinion this is the only way to did a good or tension free study , just believe yourself and start working hard because with this marks ant get a bds or MBBS course .

Yes it is good enough for Private medical collegrs in Home state quota and General /OBC Category. For SC and ST category good chances in Private Medical college in NEET UG.

However it will differ for all colleges and category  and quotas.
