Anusha, you haven't mentioned your Category. This is important because the cut offs change from Category to Category. In 2019 under State Quota, a score of 277 secured a seat in Ayan Institute of Medical Sciences under General Category. And unfortunately we do not have the cut offs of other Categories for B Category seats. Now this is 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.  A score of 3500 can get you a seat in Local Medical College like Ayan Institute. But if you want a seat in a Medical College like Apollo, then you will need more than 500. But this is for Category A seat.
