Hello there!
Neet is conducted by the NTA. It is an online examination of full marks 720. You need to get 500+ to get into any government colleges. For the best colleges you require a minimum of 550+ marks. For a candidate who secures 400 marks out of 720, you can get admission in private colleges. If you get lesser than that for example 135-400, you have to take admission in Management quota.According to your marks you will not get government college so you have a great chance to get admission in private college.

Hii,
Every year the admission in government college differ according to the cutoff and the difficulty level of the exam and also on the total number of candidates appeared in the exam.
So 400 marks will be good in neet 2021 will totally depends upon the paper level of that year and cutoff and number of candidates appeared in the exam.
However the cutoff of general Category students is relatively high as compared to the cutoff other categories students.
Then also if you want to know specifically then according to the previous year cutoff you can have less chance for the admission in any top government colleges with this score however you can apply for bds or other Ayush courses like bams and bhms with this score.
So, just work hard and prepare well for the exam to score better.
Hope this will help you,
All the very best!!
