The cutoffs for all the courses are expected to increase this year. If you had asked about last year or the year before the I could surely say that you could get a seat with 450 or 460 but this year the cutoffs are expected to go higher. However you must not lose hope and go forth with the counselling because you never know, you might bag the seat,

As far as colleges are concerned with something between 450 to 460 you can also get a seat in mbbs in Indian Institute of Medical Science and Research, Jalna and Vedantaa Institute of Medical Science Vedantaa Hospital and Research. You may also get a number of dental colleges with tis score.
