Hello
as per the 2018 NEET UG entrance the cutoff marks for getting and SC reserve seat in medical college Kolkata was 448.
So it would be expected if you get 450 that you will make it to this college with your reservation quota
but it is always preferable to have a score 10 to 12 marks in excess of the expected cutoffs to be safely secure in the college of your choice
Try attempting the high heeled organic chemistry or the biotechnology and zoology portions of your biology sections so that you could have an added advantage and easily score in excess of the bare minimum
Thank you

Hey

talking about 2019 NEET UG it is uncertain to predict the cut off

but as your category is sc and your target is 450 marks you can easily get the college you want .

Work hard

good luck!
