Dear Harshitha, you haven't mentioned whether you were looking for All India Quota or State Quota. Neverthless, in 2018, BMCRI gave a medical seat to a candidate who scored  407 marks under OBC Category. This was undee State Quota. Under All India Quota, OBC candidate couldnt get any medical seat. Having said that, cut off changes from year to year and is dependant on various factors like no.of candidates appearing for the exam, no.of seats available, difficulty of the exam and top NEET score. Since last year, NEET aspirants have increased by 3 lakhs and the seats haven't increased the same way. 480 seems a safe score given the previous cut offs. But try hitting the 500 mark so that you can sail smoothly.
