As you have not mentioned your category and also the state of your domicile so I cannot tell you exactly if you get 490 marks out of 720 in neet so will you be able to get a seat or not so I request you to kindly rewrite your question and again ask with proper details. But if you belong from general category OBC category then the chances are almost nil because is competition is very tough and at this score you might not get a seat in government medical college.
