Well dear your NEET score is 490 that means your predicted rank will be around 25,000-30,000.Also,you said you come under OBC,that means your rank will automatically be lesser in it.So,you have good chances of getting BDS under your category rank.
Also,the cutoff's keep changing every year so nothing can be gurenteed.
