Whether it's enough or not for getting admission, depends upon which engineering college are you asking about.

if you are asking about iits then to be eligible you  need to qualify JEE main but with 51 percentile your chances of qualifying JEE main is extremely low as per previous year considering you from general category while when it comes to other colleges like NITs gfti etc there's no minimum percentage  but still your percentile is way too low in order to get admission in nits etc. You have chances in private colleges.
