You need to have a graduation degree from a recognized university or institute by the government of India. If you have appeared and have passed in your graduation then you are eligible to apply for SSC CGL, Bank PO and IBPS PO.

for SSC CGL, bank PO and IBPS PO you only need to have a graduation certificate from any recognised university or college as educational eligibility,

which has to show at the time of document verification when you clear all tiers of these exams.

Hi, Anshuraj, your aggregate doesn't matter for most of the government and banks exams you can apply if you are graduate ( I mean you should be cleared your graduation ). you can apply for the above exams with your graduation percentage you are having now.
