The question you posted is not clear. But with the score you got, i think you can definitely qualify the exam if you come under OC category.And if your aim is to get into PSUs, the following are the cut off marks for various PSUs in metallurgy background.

BARC- 646 score

NEYVELI LIGNITE CORPORATION(NLC)-49.67

BHEL-65

**All these are given cutoffd assuming that you comes under unreserved category.
