The question you posted is not clear. But with the score you got, i think you can definitely qualify the exam if you come under OC category.And if your aim is to get into PSUs, the following are the cut off marks for various PSUs in metallurgy background.
BHARAT EARTH MOVERS LIMITED(BEML)-50.01
BARC- 646 score
NEYVELI LIGNITE CORPORATION(NLC)-49.67
BHEL-65
**All these are given cutoffd assuming that you comes under unreserved category.

Yeah definitely it is for all the categories including reserved & unreserved category as well. Since till now the cuttoff has not been declared so faar , which is going to declare at the 16th of March , so till now you are requested to visit the link which is given below such that you may able to get the overall analysis of the cuttoff of the gate entrance exam of Metallurgy domain.
