Please note that the cut off varies every year depending on various factors such as category of the student, number of students attempting the paper, number of newly opened colleges etc.
If we look at the previous year's cut off, a candidate belonging to the general category scored 572 marks, from the state quota of West Bengal. The college allotted was Maharaja Jitendra Narayan Medical College and Hospital, Coochbehar.
So, yes 570+ is a safe score to get a government medical seat in West Bengal for your category.

According to pervious years (2021) cut off to get admission in mbbs college in West Bengal. The lowest score is 553 in Shri Ramkrishna Institute of Medical Sciences, Durgapur in general quota seats.
