Hello,

The Marks which you have scored in your NEET i.e. 585 is fairly decent enough to get you into Government medical colleges, this is per last year's Cutoff data and it changes every year based on various factors and this year the cutoff has been very high.

However the following are the government medical colleges where you'll be eligible as per previous year's data :-

  • Bangalore medical college, Bangalore
  • Dr. B.R. Ambedkar medical college, Bangalore
  • Kempegowda institute of medical sciences
  • M.S. Ramaiah medical college

There are a few more colleges which you can check from the link below

These predictions are based on last year's data so don't completely depend on it, but you can consider these colleges for admission.

To know more about which colleges you can get admission in based on your rank you can use the college predictor tool

Hi

It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get  seat or not as  cut off marks/rank for medical colleges keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like  number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.

But when we go through previous data then it suggests that with 585 marks   you hold  a  good chance to get a seat in a Government Medical College

For example,
in neet 2019, 451 marks for general category  got a seat in a GOVT MEDICAL COLLEGE, under karnataka State quota and it was for
Koppal Institute of Medical Sciences, KOPPAL

You also have chances in
*kodagu Institute of Medical Sciences, MADIKERI

*Hassan Institute of Medical Sciences, Hassan

And a few more

To get the complete list of colleges in which you have chances, you can go through our college predictor at

It gives you a personalized report with top college in which you have chances for admission , with the help of predicted colleges you can make better choice while filling your choices of colleges during your counselling

Thankyou
