Candidates should have obtained a minimum of 60% and above in Maths/Biology, Chemistry and Physics in 10+2 or equivalent examination. However, the minimum percentage marks for candidates belonging to SC/ST category, Jammu and Kashmir/ Ladakh and the North Eastern states is 50%.

Candidates should have a minimum average of 60% in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) or Biology or Biotechnology (PCB) in 10+2 or equivalent examination. since your pcm aggregate is above 60% you are eligible to apply.
So according to me it is necessary to score 60% marks in 12th.
