Is 625 a good score to get into Armed Forces Medical college?
Hello Aspirant,
There are several processes of screening (ToELR, PAT, interview, medical examinations) and document verification, occurring over a month.
Last year the cut-off was for boys, it was 609 and for girls, it was 627. For boys, more than 600 scores are required and for girls more than 625. The nomination method comprises NEET achievement, ToELR total and interview, with the interview possessing the greatest weightage. So it relies on your personality, speaking abilities, co-curricular actions, and basic English knowledge. Moreover, it is a likelihood that you may get dismissed in the medical fitness standards which is an enormous procedure which comprises of eyesight check, sonography, X-ray and additional things. Your NEET score will certainly support you, but there is no validity of your nomination. There are fewer seats for a girl candidate which is 115 seats for boys. So, there is a huge competition among girls for sure.
The ultimate admission will be established on the total achieved by the aspirant in the Written Exam (NEET-UG total and ToELR total) and the Interview administered by the college. ToELR is a questioning of the English Language, Comprehension, Logic and Reasoning. You just need to qualify for PAT i.e., Psychological Assessment Test.
Nevertheless, for a boy candidate 625 is a good score to start preparing for TOELR. All the best.
Regards.
