A formula is given by National Testing agency To calculate Jee rank.The formula is No of Candidates appeared in Jee exam /100 *(100-Nta score ).Candiates appeared in January session were 869010 .So according to this formula your rank will be 278083.
But if the no of candidates in April session changes to 120000 then your rank will be accordingly to formula in which no of candidates will be 120000.
It's difficult to qualify for Jee mains at this rank and percentile because According to previous year cutoff. You should have percentile above 89.75 .

To be honest, its difficult to predict the actual rank or JEE advanced qualifying marks. Neverthless, you may calculate your expected rank by this formula
A percentile is the no.of Candidates who scored better than you in the exam. Going by that, to calculate your JEE percentille, we should use the formula 100 - your total percentile score. Now 869010 Candidates appeared for Jan exam. Going by that, your rank formula is (100 - your total score) X 869010 /100. Your rank can be predicted by using the formula, (100-your total percentile)*869010/100. Let's say the number of candidates for April exam increased to 12,00,000 then your final rank shall be (100 - your total score) X 12,00,000/100
At this point in time, it is difficult to predict the JEE Advanced qualifying marks but 85 percentile and above should be an ideal score.
There will be good chances of qualifying JEE main if a candidate score 85 or above percentile.The cut off for 2020 is not yet announced officially it will be declared after the April session results are out.And if you belong to SC/ST/PWD you may have chances of qualifying JEE main because the cut off in 2019 were 54.01, 44.33, 0.11 for SC,ST, PWD respectively.But the cut off changes every year it may increase or decrease depending upon various factors like number of candidates appeared, difficulty of exam, number of seats available etc.
