The minimum percentage requirement to get Admission in to B.tech in NITs/IIITs/GFTIs is that a candidate must have passed 10+2 with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry with  minimum 75% marks and for SC/ST it is 65% marks from a recognised board. This is for the academic year 2021-22. The minimum percentage requirement is relaxed for admission in to IITs. It means that candidates have to pass in the qualifying examination in all subjects there is no minimum percentage requirement for the academic year 2021-22.

For admission in to B.Arch/B.Planning in NITs/IIITs/GFTIs the minimum percentage requirement is 50% aggregate marks for the academic year 2021-22.

You should have passed class 12th with a minimum of 75% marks or they must be in the top 20 percentile in their class 12 examination (65% for SC/ST candidates).
