Yes.
For 2020, candidates with less than 75% can also get admission in IITs through JEE advance because NTA removed the criteria of 75% due to affects of Covid-19 on board exams.
But from next year 2021, for admission in IITs you will have to have 75% in boards (65% for SC ST).

st198850 jo v 2020 me exam dega sabke lye valid hai apr 2021 walo k lye nahi valid hai unko 75% lana hoga

Actually,mam I passed my 12 board exams in year 2020 and my percentage is 66.4 can i give jee mains and advanced in year 2021
