Is 75% eligibility mark to get admission in IITs and NITs is same for every board student or different for other board?

Hello Aspirant,

No, This year the education ministry anounce that there is no such circumstances for board percentage that you must require 75% percentage to take admission in big institution like IITs and NITs etc. so this due the effect covid-19.

So, you have to need only passing certificate for taking admission in any big institution. So, Don't worry about the percetage of board marks either of any board.

Hi,

Yes, for every board the eligibility criteria is same.

That is the cadidate should have minimum 75 % of marks in 10+2 or should be among top 20 percentile of his boar. But  Your board should be a recognized board.

However for this year, this eligibility criteria has been relaxed and candidate who have just passed in all subjects can take admission in these institutions.
