Hello Aspirant,
No the 75% relaxation criteria was only applicable for JEE-Main 2020 so in 2021 you have to score at least 75% total marks in class 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as mandatory subjects.
On December 15th 2020 the application process for JEE-Main 2021 February attempt has been started by National Testing Agency (NTA) which is the conducting authority for JEE-Main 2021. You can apply for JEE-Main from the official portal of JEE-Main which is given below :-

Note that this application process will continues till January 15th 2021 and last date for payment of application fee is January 16th 2021 after which neither application nor application fee will be accepted and then after the correction window will be opened for the applicants from January 18th to January 21st 2021. Admit cards will be available for download from first week of February 2021 and the examination will be conducted from February 22nd to February 25th 2021 in two shifts per day, for February attempt.
Note that the photographs or images which you will be uploading for JEE-Main 2021 should be as same as the criteria set by NTA which are enlisted below as per the official information brochure released by NTA :-
- The recent photograph should be either in color or black/white with 80% face (without mask) visible including ears against a white background.
- File size for candidate’s photograph should be in the range of 10 kb - 200 kb. File size for candidate’s signature should be in the range of 4kb - 30kb.
- File size for duly verified result awaited attestation form should be in the range of 50kb - 500kb.
- File size for category certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS etc.) should be in the range of 50kb to 300KB.
- File size for PwD certificate should be in the range of 50kb - 300kb in jpg/jpeg format.
