is 765 a good rank in ap pgcet for Mtech (mechanical)? can i expect a good college

Yes, A Rank below 1000 is acceptable. So, 765 is a good rank for a mechanical seat. But,the factor which also matters is your category. You have not mentioned anything about your reservation. So If you have any kind of reservation it can make a huge difference.
