Qualifying marks depend upon toughness level of paper and number of applicants .Also qualifying marks is different for different category students.If you belong OBC,SC orST then this marks is enough for qualifying this year.May be this year Cutoff go down ,as paper is little bit tough in this marks you can also qualify through general quota.
