This is yet not confirmed that what will be the minimum cutoff for being eligible for JEE Advance but yes having scored around 80 percentile will be a decent score and as you have 82.09 percentile, you do stand a chance of being eligible for JEE Advance, but we will be sure only after the cutoffs are declared and the final result is announced.
You can appear in april session for improving your score and getting higher percentiles.
