In JEE Mains January session, 85.4 percentile is a decent score. This means that only 14.6 % of total students have scores higher than your score, so yes you do have good score.
To predict the exact rank is not possible as of now as the final ranks will be declared after the 2nd session(april) is completed and the results will be complied together to prepare the final result.
But for now i can provide a formula which can tell you your expected rank.
100- your score * total students appeared / 100
Note that total 874469 students appears in the exam in january session.
