Admission in to Sri Sivasubramaniya Nadar College of Engineering, Tamil nadu in B.Tech is based on merit in class 12 marks scored in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry. It does not accept JEE Main score. The admission is done through Tamil nadu Engineering Admission (TNEA) counselling. The eligibility criteria is that a candidate must have passed 10+2 with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry from a recognized board with minimum 50% aggregate marks for general category candidates, for Backward Classes including Backward Class Muslim it is 45% aggregate marks for MBC & DNC it is 40% aggregate mark and for SC/SCA/ST it is 40% aggregate marks. The minimum marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry when taken together must be minimum 60% marks and 50% marks in English in class 10th or class 12th level.

Sri Sivasubramaniya Nadar College of Engineering (SSNCE) is a private engineering college established in 1996 offering different courses in BE/B.tech . As per previous year cut offs, the college cut off is at around 5,000 rank in JEE mains. Your chances of getting into the college is difficult.
