Is 95 percentile enough for ST Andhra Pradesh students to get into top NIT's in Electronics and Communication engineering

Considering some top NITs are like NIT Trichy, NIT Warangal, NIT Allahabad and likewise, so answer will be in regards to such NITs.
According to the mentioned percentile your ST rank is expected to be in the range of 2800-2900.

Now as we go through the latest cut-offs of 2020 then it shows that the closing ST rank was around 239 for ECE branch in NIT Trichy and around 410 in NIT Warangal and 103 in NIT Allahabad under Other state quota for ST category, for NIT Andhra Pradesh it is 1289 under Home state quota for ST category .
So 95 percentile would not be enough to grad the required branch in top NITs, now to secure such rank you should have your JEE-Main score at least 120+ marks out of 300 and percentile against this is expected to be 96 or above.
