Indian Army has strict rules and regulations when it is comes to the medical test, even if you got good marks in NDA exam, but due to the certain disease any Candidate can get rejected in the selection process.

Sorry to say that, from my research a Candidate with Orchipexy disease is rejected duing the selection in physical fitness.

You can further confirm with the Exam board itself.
