HR - Manager is a very very good job than compared to a assistant professor in a UGC-aided degree colleges. You see if the college is not strict and disciplined the student will never listen to your lectures and make fun of you , will not submit the assignments on time and will make your life miserable. But if you like the profession of teaching then is good.
But considering that you have a option you should definitely go for HR Manager job because you will be the boss and many team members will directly report to you. You will be incharge of the company or organization where you work. At times it will be stressful but you won't regret that. The pay scale will be much better than colleges.
