The college name does matter at one point of time but if you have acquired good knowledge then no matter what college you are, you can definitely get your desired job.
you must have heard about a boy who got a package in crores though he was from a normal college. So, you should focus on gaining knowledge and then apply and participate in recruitment processes on your personal level as well.
