hi,

see it depends on the organization  or the company in which you may work for. generally private company as for a health certificate in which  you blood group, eye sight, any other physical issues, if you have any chronic diseases would mention. however in some of the psu or government organization has their own medical team where you have to go for medical fitness test before joining the organization. now this fitness test does not mandatory only for the hr professionals but also for others white collar professionals.
