Yes. During the counselling process of JOSAA when you report to any reporting centre for document verification and seat locking then you have to produce all the documents in original and submit the photocopy. The original documents such as class 12th marksheet, caste certificate, class 10th marksheet etc are only used for verification but it's important to have their physical copy.
